Quinton Pulley was salesman recommended I see and I am very satisfied with his attention and knowledge of the Toyota Highlander. He was very polite and patient with me. He took time to be sure I was satisfied after our road trip. The finance manager was also patient with me because he gave so much information for me to process about maintenance and warranty. The next day he reviewed it again with me.
In and out in under an hour for service (oil change) without even making an appointment! And employees were nice as well as clean facility.
I could not have been more pleased with the service. The waiting period was minimal. I would have expected a longer wait . Mr Carl Reed was most helpful and explained things to me . I was particularly impressed that someone took time to explain the G PS. System to me
I came Thursday afternoon about an hour and a half before the service side closed. Carl Reed told me that I had about 8 cars in front of me and let me know I may not get seen. Even if he was able to squeeze me in, he did not want to rush my service. He recommended that I come back the next day before 7 am. I came back in the morning and was in and out within 30 minutes. I was also told the price of my service up front and was not surprised with a new price afterward. Carl is wonderful and I would definitely recommend this place.
