I receive the best of service from everyone at this dealership. I found it on the internet looking from Alabama to purchase a car in Georgia for my mom and I was treated promptly with all my request and was given the fast and courteous attention just like I was sitting in front of someone. Then after making the purchase for my mother the sales team even put a big White bow on the car to add to the surprise. I am so Thankful I found this place and I highly recommend it anyone searching for a new vehicle.
From the moment I got there until I left (which was super quick) I felt appreciated and comfortable. I purchased my 2019 Camry, traded in my 2014 Camry and was never asked to settle or spend more than I wanted to. The entire process from start to finish was maybe, MAYBE 2 1/2 hours from when I walked in the door until I drove off in my new car. Very helpful sales, management and finance staff. Had to replace main hybrid battery in my 2007 Toyota Prius. A very costly expense, but was well aware when I made the decision to purchase this vehicle. Drove into Bob Richards, they took my car right in, only took 2.5 hours which I thought was very reasonable. Upon reviewing my itemized Bill later on, there was a certain charge or fee that I had a problem with. I called and spoke with service manager....who was totally professional, knowledgeable, and personal and told me he had been a manager at other locations and they all charged that fee that it was standard in the business. Not feeling any better about it, this manager very politely told me he would credit my acct for that amount. (I am thinking,.... sure I bet you will) Today I go in for a front end alignment. It has been a few months since the battery incident. Asked about the credit and there it was....on my acct after all. So, what I am saying, is that I am sure this establishment has its faults, but my experience does give them great credibility and integrity in my book and speaks for columns. Thank you to the manager of the service dept for standing by your word!!
