- Eric, Clearwater, SCI purchased a new Highlander from Bob Richards Toyota yesterday (1/4/2011) and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Eddie, Scot, and Johnny from the sales department were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dean in the finance office also did a great job and was very friendly. I had done a lot of research beforehand and had a good idea of what I wanted but the salesman was very patient with me, let me drive a couple of different cars and check out the interior of a few more. I had a price point set in my head and was ready to haggle but they gave me a great deal right off the bat and they didn't try to add in a lot of extras after the price was agreed on. Definitely a no pressure atmosphere. When it comes time to upgrade again I'm not even going to bother looking anywhere else, Bob Richards has a new lifelong customer!

I previously had a 2006 Nissan Maxima which lasted forever with 200000+ miles but it gave me so many problems for years before it finally broke down. But back to Bob Richards, I love the fact that whenever we ask for minor changes they have been quick in responding and always accommodating to my needs.
- Tara, Beech Island, SCHaving purchased three Scions and one Toyota in the past 4 years, we decided to purchase another Scion this year. We had bought from this dealership back when it was Taylor Toyota, once from a dealership in California and once just last year from Toyota in Augusta. After many disappointing experiences with the Augusta dealership's service department, we decided to check out Bob Richards. Our experience with Bob Richards was by far the least painful! We already knew what we wanted, and since the exact Scion I wanted was not on the lot, the search was on. Our salesman, Ken, went to work to find the closest match, and then added the accessory items that I wanted. We traded our beloved FJ cruiser and were given more than we owed on it which made for a nice down payment. Our interest rate was even better than on the Scion we purchased less than a year ago, even though it meant being financed by a bank rather than Toyota. All questions were answered when asked and we were even given a loaner until our new vehicle was transferred from out of state. It arrived 3 days later, as promised, at which time our paperwork was signed. The whole process was cut and dry (really love the no-haggle Scion pricing) and we are very pleased with the whole experience so far. I cannot yet vouch for their service department, but hope that experience will be just as pleasant! Thanks to Ken and the rest of the Bob Richards team that made this a great experience (and for working on New Year's Day!) and Semper Fi!!

Shortly after, I changed my mind and decided to trade in for a 2011 Toyota Camry SE. Their sales team was very professional and helpful (particularly Mr. John Thomas and Mr. Johnny Royal) in helping me to find the right car with the exact audio upgrade option I wanted. Their pricing is also very competitive compared to other Toyota dealers in the area. Overall, the buying experience has been a wonderful. They also offer loaner car when you bring your vehicle in for service which is really convenience for me. Ask for their manager (Mr. Johnny Royal) when you're in the market for a Toyota.
- CB, North Augusta, SCGopi is the guy to talk to at Bob Richards Toyota. It was time for our old but faithful Nissan Quest and we were going to trade it in for another Quest. I decided to stop here to look at SUV's (my wife is a soccermomladyminivanroadwarriorthing - all in one word and she is "not ready to downgrade anytime soon" she said) so after we had Gopi all worked up showing us a nice Highlander SUV, my wife still wanted to see a van. Needles to say, Gopi went all out AGAIN showing us the Sienna which we upgraded to XLE model. Now, the old Quest was a leased 05 top-of-the-line model w/ hard worked 125k miles which was 40k miles over our lease agreement and we were still at $12k balloon payment in the whole but Gopi and his team put us in a brand spanking new Toyota Sienna XLE for just about the same monthly payment ($10.00 more) and this is a purchase not a lease. Gopi's favorite sentence: "Don't worry..." he said that about 200+ times. Thanks Gopi, Manager Terry Lambert, and BRT crew for this awesome deal.
